Um, how is it now just one week until Christmas? Where did 2009 go!?

I am proud to say that I will NOT be forced by my own procrastination to go shopping for last minute gifts this year - I am finished with all of my shopping.
So what's an unexpectedly prepared girl to do with her last weekend before Christmas?


Here are a few ideas:


12/18- The free holiday tours of the Governor's Mansion wrap up today, with tours running from 10am-2pm. Take a sneak peak and get more information here.

12/19-12/20 - Shopping Downtown this weekend? Keep your eyes peeled as Denver Pavilions "elves" will be randomly passing out gift cards this weekend. You could be the lucky winner of the $100 SHOPPING SPREE. All of the Gift Cards will be loaded with a little something, but one lucky winner will receive a gift card worth $100!! 12/18-1/3 - (ongoing) it is time to celebrate Winter Break at the Denver Art Museum for the kiddos! With free admission for those under 18 and special programing for the younger set - weekends or weekdays are great for sneaking in a little "edu-tainment" while school breaks are in full swing. 12/19 - stuck in a wrapping rut? Need help putting personal little touches on your holiday gifts? Well this Saturday at Michaels stores, you can get it! A question for you, Dealers - a topic near and dear to my heart, that becomes a regular lifeline during the stressful holiday season, imo: Where is your favorite Happy Hour?
My big plans for the weekend consist of finding a great one to attend this evening, and I would love to branch out. I have been perusing this list - but I find myself overwhelmed with option anxiety, so you guide me. Tell us about your faves in the comments! (Seriously - that "comment" button - I dislike dusting the cobwebs off of it - it makes a blogger sad.)
