Weekender

Well Dealers, my weekend actually started Thursday night, since I took today off "just because." However I ended up working around the house like June Cleaver on uppers or something - Cleaning the grill (ewwww) and the kitchen and potting mums and doing a mountain of laundry. I think I need a break after my "Day off".

What is there to do this weekend?

If you are downtown today and itching to take a break from the daily grind, you can check out the Skyline Park Summer Concert Series around lunch time. All the details are here.

From Twitter -RT @WarwickDenver -Tonight is Jazz Under the Stars @ Denver's only rooftop pool! All you can eat & entertainment - $25 7-9 p.m. /me - I don't know about 25 bucks, but all you can eat makes it a not bad deal, even if not a free activity. (Although all you can DRINK would be more exciting)

The event features a scavenger hunt for pedestrians and person-powered transportation, designed to let you familiarize yourself with the neighborhood. There will also be art, music and activities for the kiddos. The website has what you need.
