Weekender

Yep, I am quite the DiD slacker, and (as you can see from yesterday's post) I am considering some changes in bloggy-land.  Weekenders continue - and there is lots to do around town this weekend that is fun and frugal!  Also, get out and take advantage of those outdoor farmer's markets (listed at the bottom of the post) as they will be closing up shop soon.
As for us - the weekend before Halloween means just one thing around The Tree House: "Pumpkins for Jesus" - which is what we call our annual trip to Calvary Temple's pumpkin patch to pick out our future jack-o-lantern!
Here are some weekend activities that will keep you and your wallet happy:

**FYI - b/s chicken breasts are on sale for $1.69 lb at Sunflower Market this week - that is stock up pricing, people!**

10/22- If standing in line to get yogurt is your favorite new activity, Pinkberry is the place to be Friday evening from 4pm-7pm! They will be giving out free mini versions of their pumpkin pinkberry with special toppings, as well as $2.00 off coupons for pumpkin pinkberry take home packs. Go here for locations.
